Ellis Endsley
Biography
Ellis previously danced with Ballet Pensacola during their 2014-2015 season under the direction of Richard Steinert and Milwaukee Ballet during their 2013-2014 season under the direction of Michael Pink. He also danced with Orlando Ballet (Robert Hill), The Next Generation Ballet in Tampa (Peter Stark), and Boston Ballet (Mikko Nissinen). Ellis began his ballet training at the age of three at The Conservatory of Performing Arts in Daytona Beach and continued into the Advanced Men’s program at Orlando Ballet and the Boston Ballet Summer Intensive. Ballet Credits: Aladdin in Aladdin, Brom in The Headless Horseman, Bottom in Midsummer Night’s Dream, Harlequin and Russian in The Nutcracker, Cinderella, Romeo and Juliet, and Sleeping Beauty. Theatre Credits: Preppy Stud in Heathers: The Musical, Toro in Orlando Shakespeare Theatre’s West Side Story, Ensemble in Singing in the Rain, Conquistador in The Addams Family Musical, Luis in Show Palace’s West Side Story, Ensemble in American Stage’s In The Heights, Padamadan/Argitakos in Legally Blonde: The Musical, Daniel in Once On This Island, Gregor in Mame, and a Winged (Dancing) Monkey in The Wiz. Ellis is proud to share that he is a cancer survivor since 2011 and would like to credit his family, friends and his ballet families in Milwaukee and Orlando for standing by him through uncertain times.
